Role Objective
We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager with a strong cost control and execution mindset to own and lead our end-to-end logistics operations across India. This role demands strict control over freight costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive logistics cost optimization, freight budgeting, and rate negotiations
• Build and manage a reliable pan-India transporter & logistics vendor ecosystem
• Own dispatch planning and execution for raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure 100% on-time dispatch and delivery performance
• Establish and monitor freight contracts, SLAs, and performance benchmarks
• Implement strong MIS, cost tracking, and variance analysis systems
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams
• Ensure compliance with statutory, documentation, and safety requirements
• Identify opportunities for route optimization, load consolidation, and process improvements
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proven expertise in logistics cost control and freight negotiations
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations, transporter management, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with ERP-based logistics and MIS systems
• High ownership, analytical thinking, and execution focus
• Ability to manage pressure and ensure delivery commitments
Qualifications
• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
