Job details:
- Inventory management at warehouse: Maintaining stock in and stock out across channels and Inventory updation at back end
- Order booking on Logistics aggregator portal for own website orders
- Order booking for market places and coordinating with them on order status
- Order packing and quality checking for all orders on own website and across portals
- Order tracking from order placement to delivery. Monitoring and coordination with Logistics partner for any issues
- Identifying delays or any SLA breaches by Logistics aggregator and ensuring timely resolution
- Handling all internal requests for order modifications/ cancellations/ RTO
- Ensuring RTO orders across own website and other portals are delivered back, quality checked
- Fulfilling orders on the back end and informing customers regarding delays in delivery, if any
- Work closely with Design team for production related packing and deliveries to production factories. Work closely with E-commerce + Retail Growth relations manager for inventory management and inventory packing for Retail/ Wholesale orders.
- Tallying COD payments and ratifying Logistics invoices
Experience: Sense of ownership. 2-3 years of total experience at an E-commerce company. Location is Mumbai suburbs. Tech savvy with emails, Excel, Google Drive. Great communication in the language comfortable to him/her.
