Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will oversee regional operations, ensure excellence in logistics processes, and lead a team to achieve performance and efficiency targets. Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing delivery operations, managing vendor relationships, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate regional teams effectively
• Experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and process optimization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex operational challenges
• Ability to strategize and execute plans in alignment with regional and company goals
• Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; MBA preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics industries is a plus
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
