Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong background in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a brand and be capable of handling end-to-end logistics, including forward logistics, reverse logistics (RTO), and courier management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complete end-to-end logistics operations for D2C orders
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin), reverse logistics, and reduce RTO percentage
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and courier companies for smooth delivery operations
- Monitor order dispatch, tracking, and delivery performance
- Optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners
- Analyze logistics data and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure timely resolution of delivery issues, delays, and escalations
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer support teams
- Implement strategies to improve delivery success rate and customer experience
