Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily operation of the supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing supplier and customer relations, optimizing transport routes, overseeing warehouse operations, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient and seamless procurement and delivery systems is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Competency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management for the planning, implementation, and optimization of transport and delivery operations
- Skills in Inventory Management and Procurement to ensure efficient stock levels and timely acquisitions
- Strong Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in data analysis and logistics tools to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiency
- Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities
- Experience in temperature-controlled logistics and perishable goods handling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
