Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations for Anukiran Herbaceuticals. This role includes planning and managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. The Logistics Manager will monitor inventory levels, optimize warehouse utilization, and maintain accurate records to support smooth production and distribution. Daily tasks involve managing procurement schedules, tracking supply chain performance, resolving logistics issues, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The role also requires regular interaction with sales and customer service teams to align logistics with customer commitments and service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee transportation, warehousing, and end-to-end material flow.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain stock accuracy, monitor reorder levels, and support production planning.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to coordinate deliveries, manage order-related queries, and support a positive customer experience.
- Relevant experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or herbal/healthcare products.
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management software, MS Excel, and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
