Designation: Logistic Lead
Experience: 4 to 8 years

Experience Required:
- 4– 8 years in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
- Hands-on experience managing own-fleet / milk-run operations
- Proven track record in vendor management and courier partner coordination
- Experience in managing a team of at least 5 direct reports
- Familiarity with TAT-driven delivery environments and SLA management
Preferred Experience:
- Background in retail, electronics, or consumer technology logistics
- Prior experience with TMS or similar logistics technology platforms (e.g., FarEye, LogiNext, Shipsy, or equivalent)
- Exposure to multi-city or pan-India logistics networks
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile logistics
