Role Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support end-to-end order fulfilment across shipping, returns, exchanges, and customer queries. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment & Shipping
- Process and manage daily shipments via shipping platforms
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely order handover
- Support bulk order processing during peak periods
Order Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Track shipments and flag delays or delivery issues
- Manage failed deliveries, re-attempts, and escalations with courier partners
Returns & Exchanges
- Initiate and track return pickups
- Coordinate reverse logistics and update order statuses
- Support exchange processing and outbound shipments
Customer Support (Logistics-related)
- Handle queries related to delivery, returns, and refunds
- Ensure timely and clear communication within defined SLAs
Refunds & Coordination
- Assist in processing refunds or store credits post return validation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain basic MIS reports for shipments, returns, and issues
- Liaise with logistics partners for day-to-day operations and escalations
Requirements:
Must Have
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines
Good to Have:
- Exposure to e-commerce or D2C operations
- Familiarity with shipping platforms or Shopify
- Understanding of returns and logistics workflows
