Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Management Trainer with a minimum of 5+ years of industry and training experience to deliver practical, industry-oriented online training sessions. The trainer will help learners build strong fundamentals and real-world expertise in logistics operations, supply chain strategy, procurement, inventory management, and distribution systems aligned with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online training sessions on Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Teach core concepts including supply chain fundamentals, logistics planning, and operations management
• Cover topics such as procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
• Explain supply chain network design, demand forecasting, and vendor management
• Provide practical case studies and real-time industry examples
• Train learners on ERP systems basics and supply chain analytics tools
• Develop structured lesson plans, assignments, and industry-based projects
• Address learner queries and provide practical problem-solving guidance
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, and optimization
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel for analytics
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching preferred
• Ability to explain complex supply chain concepts in a simple and practical manner
• Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual teaching tools
• Reliable internet connection and proper setup for remote sessions
• Flexibility to conduct sessions as per the training schedule
