Role Description

Prepare invoices and manage correspondence, including E-invoicing and E-way bill generation etc.,

• Handle internal and external communication related to orders, shipments, and billing

• Maintain stock records, including stock inward and outward entries

• Coordinate with courier partners, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery

• Handle shipment-related issues, delays, and escalations

• Manage end-to-end logistics of goods and documents

• Procure and maintain stock of packaging consumables

• Monitor packing to ensure safe and damage-free delivery

Ensure proper packaging as per material type (especially temperature-sensitive biotech materials)

Cost comparison between courier vendors and negotiation

Qualifications

Qualification

• Any Graduate (Preferred: B.Com / B.Sc / Logistics / Supply Chain, Business Administration)
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience with Sales operations and processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
