Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Executive located in Amritsar. The Logistics Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate vehicle shipping schedules, manage interactions with drivers, and ensure optimized supply chain management. Responsibilities will also include providing top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and resolve concerns effectively
- Expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, including planning and executing transportation operations smoothly
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines
- Proficiency with logistics software or tools is an advantage
- Experience in auto transportation or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a relevant field
