Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Logistics Executive. The Logistics Executive will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with internal teams and external clients, and oversee supply chain processes. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries related to logistics, optimizing supply chain workflows, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient handling of operations and processes
- Excellent Customer Service abilities and effective Communication skills to engage with clients and resolve their queries
- Experience in Sales and customer relationship management to support client needs and contribute to business growth
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to identify improvements in logistics and supply chain processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software is an advantage
