We’re Hiring: Logistics Executive | Rasayanam
Location: IMT Faridabad (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years

At Rasayanam, a profitable and fast-growing D2C supplements brand (₹35+ Cr annual revenue), we’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our last-mile delivery and improve NDR-to-delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on execution role at the core of our operations.
- Manage NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and reduce RTOs
- Make outbound calls to customers to resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate with courier partners for escalations
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery execution
- Improve NDR-to-delivery conversion ratios
- Maintain shipment trackers and MIS reports
- Share daily & weekly performance updates
- Act as a bridge between Operations, CX, and courier partners
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with NDR handling & RTO management
- Comfortable with customer calling & follow-ups
- Experience working with logistics aggregators & courier partners
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
