Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Roles & Requirements- Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and shipment tracking.
- Handle import and export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, customs clearance, etc.).
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments, maintain records, and prepare logistics reports.
- Support cost control through vendor coordination and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is needed.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics/import-export is a plus.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping procedures, and incoterms preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
