Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota for a Logistics Department Specialist. The role involves managing logistics operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an efficient supply chain process, and supporting export activities. The specialist will also address customer service needs, analyze data for process improvement, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and services within the department.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and address client needs
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management practices, including planning, coordination, and execution of logistics strategies
- Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving operational efficiency
- Experience or knowledge in Export processes and compliance requirements
- Organizational and time-management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an advantage
