Designation: Logistics Coordinator (USA)
Location: USA
Salary: Hourly Pay Rate Consideration: 16.00 USD (Min) to 18.00 USD (MAX) Per Hour
Full-time: Flexible hours acceptable, office timing are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 4 - 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Package goods, prepare pallets, organize materials, and hand shrink-wrap goods to ensure safe and high-quality dispatch.
- Package pallets, weigh drums, and maintain proper inward and outward material movement as per regulatory and company requirements.
- Plan daily dispatches and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Perform physical inventory checks and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Repackage pharmaceutical products, perform sampling when required, and ensure correct product labelling.
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 75 lbs, following safety guidelines.
- Prepare documentation as required, including logs, inventory records, dispatch records, and invoices.
- Issue invoices and maintain clean, accurate records.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and logs to the management team.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients, ensuring all customer service responsibilities are handled properly.
- Use computers and systems effectively; good knowledge of Excel is required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in all warehouse and documentation activities.
- Show willingness to learn about products, processes, and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate Candidate from supply chain management or relevant field with 4-10 years of proven experience as Logistic Co-ordinator
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle physical work and meet operational demands.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a biopharmaceutical supply chain environment.
