Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage services, coordinating shipments through dispatching, maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, and addressing client needs promptly and effectively. This role requires frequent collaboration with teams and carriers to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Experience in Dispatching and managing logistics processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Account Management expertise for overseeing client needs and account performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with logistics technology and transportation management platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the freight and logistics industry
