🚨 We’re Hiring – Dispatch Executive / Dispatch Coordinator 🚨
📍 Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to join our growing operations team in the medical devices industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per defined timelines
• Maintain accuracy in shipments, documentation, and invoicing
• Handle e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch compliance
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability
• Arrange transport/courier services and optimize logistics costs
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams/customers
• Manage returns, replacements, and reverse logistics processes
• Ensure safe packaging and handling of medical equipment
• Maintain daily/weekly dispatch and logistics reports
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse coordination, or operations
• Knowledge of ERP systems and dispatch documentation preferred
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelors is mandatory; experience in healthcare is preferrable
