Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
•Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
•Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
•Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and shipment documentation
•Communicate with clients, vendors, and transport teams
•Resolve logistics-related issues efficiently
•Track shipments and update status regularly
•Maintain proper documentation and reporting
•Ensure cost-effective and smooth transportation processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
•Must be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field
•Basic to advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Word, logistics software, etc.)
•Good command of English (spoken & written)
•Arabic language knowledge (preferred but not compulsory)
•Strong communication and coordination skills
•Good analytical and problem-solving ability
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
•Prior experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain
•Knowledge of shipment tracking systems or ERP software
•Understanding of import/export processes
•Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
•Team player with a proactive mindset
