Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee inventory management, coordinate supply chain operations, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure prompt customer service. Daily responsibilities include monitoring shipments, ensuring optimal stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure seamless logistical operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management practices
- Strong analytical skills for solving logistical challenges
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Experience in Customer Service and managing client requirements effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
