Role Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating supply chain operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing vendor relationships. Additional duties will include communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve issues, analyzing logistics data for process improvement, and maintaining efficient workflows for day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate logistics data and improve efficiencies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with suppliers, customers, and team members effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience in Inventory Management and an understanding of best practices for stock control
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including planning, sourcing, and distribution operations
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in logistical processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
