Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Logistics Associate – Freshers Only. The Logistics Associate will handle daily responsibilities such as inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and control of stock, overseeing packing processes for safe transportation, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role will involve clear and effective communication with team members and customers to coordinate logistics operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
- Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to effectively address inquiries and concerns.
- Attention to detail and capabilities in Packing tasks to ensure goods are secured for safe delivery.
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
