This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to oversee order fulfillment,
dispatch coordination, and logistics operations. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to end logistics operations across India, ensuring smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and efficient delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily order dispatches across marketplaces, website, and B2B channels.
- Ensure proper documentation (invoices, e-way bills, labels) for all shipments.
- Manage relationships with courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) and ensure timely pickups.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, RTOs, and escalations.
- Maintain records and update ERP/Excel for shipment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, packaging, and dispatch readiness.
- Handle reverse logistics (returns, exchanges, damaged goods) efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and improve delivery TAT.
