Job Title: Logistics Associate – Global Cab Operations


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to manage and coordinate global cab transportation operations and support export and import logistics requirements. The role requires strong coordination skills, excellent English communication, and flexibility to support 24×7 operations for urgent and time-critical requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end cab logistics operations across multiple geographies
  • Coordinate with cab vendors, drivers, internal teams, and global stakeholders
  • Ensure timely cab allocation, route planning, and effective issue resolution
  • Handle urgent and last-minute transportation requests on a 24×7 basis
  • Monitor service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to SLAs
  • Track daily operations, maintain logs, and prepare operational reports
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize disruption
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews
  • Coordinate export and import logistics activities, including pickup/drop coordination linked to international shipments
  • Assist in ensuring export/import documentation compliance in coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Experience in cab management, transportation, logistics, or export/import operations is an advantage
  • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with global stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for invoice tracking, ERP systems, MIS, and cost analysis
  • Hands-on experience in invoicing, billing validation, and cost reconciliation for transportation or logistics services
  • Exposure to GST, VAT, and international invoicing requirements, including tax compliance and documentation
  • Basic understanding of export/import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, and customs coordination

  • Flexibility to work 24×7, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to handle high-pressure and urgent situations calmly and efficiently
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Experience managing global or multi-location logistics operations
  • Familiarity with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international logistics partners
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability
