Position: Logistics and Warehouse Manager
CTC: 5-7LPA
Experience required: 7+ years
We're a fast-growing D2C brand looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to own our entire supply chain — from warehouse floor to customer doorstep. If you've scaled D2C operations, obsessed over RTO%, and know EasyEcom or similar platforms inside-out, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end warehouse ops — inbound, dispatch, and returns across B2B, B2C & D2C channels
- Own courier strategy — partner management, SLA tracking, pincode-level allocation & rate negotiations
- Drive SDD/NDD fulfilment and maintain >95% on-time dispatch
- Lead NDR management — build retry workflows and improve delivery conversion
- Reduce RTO% through root-cause analysis, address verification, and COD risk controls
- Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle count reconciliations
- Build operational MIS — dispatch TAT, courier-wise RTO, NDR ageing, warehouse utilisation
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in logistics/warehouse ops; min. 5 years at a D2C brand (50k+ orders/month)
- Hands-on with EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar WMS/OMS
- Strong grasp of the Indian courier ecosystem — aggregators, weight disputes, reverse logistics
- Proven track record of bringing RTO% down with measurable results
- Experience across B2B, B2C & D2C shipments including marketplace compliance
Nice to have
- Experience with 3PL management and multi-warehouse setups
- Familiarity with Clickpost, Shiprocket, or NimbusPost integrations
- COD reconciliation and remittance tracking experience
