Job Title: Logistics and Operations Manager

RudraSetu is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Manager to manage daily order operations, customer confirmation calls, dispatch coordination, inventory tracking, and communication with logistics partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, organized, good at communication, and comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers for order confirmation before dispatch
- Verify and rectify customer addresses when required
- Follow up with customers for non-delivery, NDR, and last-mile delivery issues
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth order movement
- Assign courier partners for confirmed orders
- Manage order packaging and dispatch process
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related complaints or concerns
- Maintain inventory records and support stock tracking
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to orders, dispatches, returns, and delivery issues
- Ensure clear communication between customers, logistics partners, and the internal team
- Help reduce RTO and improve successful order delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English reading/writing skills preferred
- Comfortable making customer calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain reports and records
- Organized, honest, punctual, and responsible
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, courier coordination, or customer support will be preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude may also apply
