Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics and Communications Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves managing logistics operations, liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes, and overseeing communication strategies. The role includes:

• Single POC for all communications between CHA, client and supplier
• Ensuring timely deliveries of cargo from suppliers
• Sending timely updates to clients about shipments/ delivery status
• Bridging the gap between the purchase and documents team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in similar field
• Strong English communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong in MS Office
• Experience in logistics coordination and export operations is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the export or manufacturing sector is a plus
