Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Logistics Analyst. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring effective inventory control, optimizing inventory management processes, and providing exceptional support for customer service operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless logistics performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators and their application in logistics
- Solid understanding of Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
- Commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service with proficiency in communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry is advantageous
