Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Analyst located in Gurugram. The Logistics Analyst will monitor and analyze supply chain performance, optimize inventory control strategies, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include ensuring effective inventory management, maintaining accurate data records, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and supporting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve supply chain efficiency
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking tools
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills for coordinating with clients and suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using transportation management and supply chain software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
