The Opportunity
The E3 design engineer will work on designing on Local control panels for High voltage switchgear.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments, ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
- Identify and fix shipping errors.
- Prepare bills and invoices, receive orders and add to inventory.
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures, supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements, keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
- You should have minimum 5 years experience as logistics co-ordinator for production factory.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
