Hiring For the Logistics Industry
Role & responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Drive sales for FTL & PTL transportation services
- Acquire clients across industries (e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.)
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments
- Ensure timely collections and resolve client issues
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong understanding of FTL & PTL logistics operations
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen
Experience:
- 3+ years in logistics sales (FTL/PTL preferred)
