🚨 Hiring: Commercial Executive – Logistics (EXIM) 🚨
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in EXIM operations, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
🔹 Role: Commercial Executive – Logistics (EXIM)
🔹 Experience: 3–6 Years
🔹 Location: Thamaraikumar, Pollachi Main Road, Coimbatore.
🎓 Education:
BBA / B.Com / Master’s in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end export & import operations with timely execution of shipments
• Prepare and validate EXIM documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.
• Coordinate customs clearance with CHA, freight forwarders, and authorities
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or documentation issues
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and country-specific regulations
• Maintain records: Import Licenses, Export Permits, Duty Drawback, and statutory documents
• Support central excise and bonded warehouse compliance (LUT/duty payment)
• Negotiate freight rates and monitor logistics partner performance
• Track logistics costs: freight, customs duty, IGST, insurance, and other charges
• Coordinate with finance on LC, TT, and banking documentation
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams
• Manage communication with customers and suppliers on shipment updates
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle insurance coverage and claims for international shipments
• Support sales team with logistics planning and delivery timelines
🧩 Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance
• Expertise in EXIM documentation and customs procedures
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
• Ability to manage multiple shipments under tight timelines
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
