Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site in Kanpur. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing documentation, coordination with shipping line / forwarders, other supply chain and logistics operations, liaising with customers to address their needs, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. In this role, you will maintain accurate records, analyze supply chain processes, and develop strategies to optimize logistics efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Min experience of 3-5 years
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supply chain data and improve operational processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to monitor stock levels and oversee logistics operations
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for timely and accurate documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in inventory management software and familiarity with supply chain systems
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
