About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • YouTube Channel Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of our YouTube channel. Develop a content calendar, produce high-quality videos, and ensure the channel is growing and engaging with the target audience.
  • Video Production: Plan, produce, and execute video content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals. This includes promotional videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and other multimedia formats.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content (videos, blog posts, infographics) for the website, YouTube, and social media platforms that attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
  • Trend Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor industry trends and audience insights to identify new content opportunities, optimize video performance, and ensure maximum engagement.
  • Social Media Amplification & Community Engagement: Manage content amplification strategies to boost organic reach. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct interactions to build an active and loyal online community.
  • Paid Media & Campaign Management: Manage paid campaigns on social media platforms, including YouTube ads, to increase visibility, drive traffic, and enhance engagement. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience behavior.
  • Collaborative Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal teams to design landing pages, optimize the user experience, and ensure consistency in messaging across video content and social channels.
  • Influencer Relations & Publicity: Identify and build relationships with key influencers, journalists, and media outlets to gain coverage for company news, product launches, and initiatives.
  • Event Management: Assist with virtual and in-person event planning, including creating promotional video content, working with vendors and event coordinators, and managing event-related social media campaigns.
  • Evaluate Emerging Technologies & Trends: Stay up to date with emerging trends in video marketing, social media, and digital content creation. Provide recommendations for new platforms and tools to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, video production, and YouTube content strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative and resourceful with a passion for digital marketing and video storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
