6+ years in customer operations, lifecycle operations, RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, Product Ops, data engineering, analytics engineering, systems engineering, or GTM engineering; hands-on SQL and Python; experience integrating SaaS systems and REST APIs; Salesforce data model familiarity; familiarity with Kantata, Jira, Pendo, Langfuse, Snowflake, Power BI, Slack, or BI tools; data modeling and architecture understanding; comfort with messy data and AI-assisted coding tools; basic AWS/Kubernetes familiarity; strong communication and visual storytelling skills.
