Job Description – Aptitude Trainer

Role: Aptitude Trainer
**Location:** Gurgaon / On-site
**Experience:** 1–4 Years
**Employment Type:** Full-time
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging aptitude training sessions for college students and fresh graduates.
* Train students on **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation**.
* Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, assessments, and mock tests.
* Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual/group guidance.
* Conduct assessments and track student performance and improvement.
* Develop aptitude content, question banks, and training materials.
* Prepare students for **campus placements, recruitment tests, and competitive examinations**.
* Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to ensure effective training outcomes.
* Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field**.
* Strong command of **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation**.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* 2–10 years of experience in **aptitude training, placement training, competitive exam coaching, or academic training**.
* Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor college students.
* Comfortable conducting both classroom and online training sessions.
