Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for Locus Robotics' innovative warehouse automation solutions. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing robotic systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to keep their operations running smoothly.
