Access Management Specialist

We are looking for an Access Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access control systems and ensuring the security of our facilities. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to implement and monitor access control policies, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to employees. Responsibilities include: - Manage and maintain access control systems, including card readers, door locks, and security cameras - Respond to and resolve access control-related issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement access control policies and procedures - Provide training and support to employees on access control protocols - Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the integration and security of access control systems - Maintain accurate records of access control activities and generate reports as needed - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in access control Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in access control or security systems management - Strong understanding of access control technologies, protocols, and best practices - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Knowledge of relevant security regulations and compliance requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
