Staff AI/ML Engineer

The Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Data & Analytics team is seeking a Staff AI/Machine Learning Engineer to serve as a technical leader in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. As a Staff AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver significant value to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the solution architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions, particularly in the domain of computer vision. • Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of 5+ engineers, ensuring adherence to MLOps and CI/CD best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our AI/ML solutions and capabilities. • Ensure the successful delivery and deployment of AI/ML solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing systems and processes.
