Key responsibilities include: • Design and execute workforce strategies that address talent gaps and support future capability needs. • Collaborate with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated programs that drive measurable business outcomes. • Champion talent development and retention, serving as a primary advocate for people-focused initiatives. • Foster collaboration within HR and across the enterprise to ensure cohesive service delivery and shared learning. • Leverage data and analytics to create adaptable, efficient, and results-driven people strategies. • Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives that strengthen performance and organizational alignment. • Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design strategies.
