Role Description
We are seeking an Area Business Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves overseeing regional business operations, developing and managing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include customer relationship management, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The Area Business Manager will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership, strategic planning, and performance management
- Strong skills in sales, business development, and market analysis
- Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
- Familiarity with financial products, especially vehicle finance, leasing, and housing finance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and data analysis
- Prior experience in the finance, lending, or automotive sector is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
