π₯ ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Localization Engineer (WOL Support) to join our Tech Support team and play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our WordsOnline platform.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, and external suppliers to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, and production support across localization workflows.
Youβll be responsible for Tier 2 technical support, CAT tool engineering, API integrations, Translation Memory management, and customer technical setup β ensuring efficient and scalable localization operations.
π οΈ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β Provide Tier 2 support for users of the WordsOnline platform
β Perform technical root cause analysis involving CAT tools and localization workflows
β Configure and manage integrations via APIs and third-party Translation Management Systems
β Define offline engineering processes and file type settings in Trados Studio
β Support customer onboarding, workflow setup, QA, and migration activities
β Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate escalations with Development teams
β Manage Translation Memory processes and localization engineering tasks
β Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production delivery
β Improve support efficiency through documentation and training recommendations

WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
β Deep understanding of localization processes, tools, and applications
β Strong experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS)
β Advanced knowledge of CAT tools, especially SDL Trados Studio and file type settings
β Experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and process optimization
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
β Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
β Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

β’ 3+ years of experience in localization engineering, technical support, or related fields
β’ Background in technical, analytical, or consultative support roles
β’ Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
