We’re a fully remote team spread across Europe. We care about working openly, staying flexible, and giving everyone space to grow. You won’t just be ticking off tasks, you’ll help shape how we work and where the product goes.
We’re looking for a growth-focused engineer to join our team. You’ll work closely with the growth team to build and launch experiments on our website, landing pages, microsites, internal tools, data, and much more.
You’ll turn ideas into shipped features that help us reach more users, activate them, and grow faster.
🚩 What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the growth team on GTM initiatives
- Build and ship fast: pages, tools, product tweaks, internal utilities, data pipelines
- Improve key touchpoints across the customer journey
- Explore and test new ideas to support acquisition, conversion, and referrals
- Own your projects from idea to launch
The work is varied, creative, and fast-paced. You’ll have room to explore and the freedom to execute.
