Position: SEO Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive with strong knowledge of online and offline SEO, especially for the clinic / skin / hair / aesthetic industry. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) optimization and local SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complete SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Handle both On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO for clinic websites, treatment pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research for skin, hair, laser, cosmetology, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, image alt tags, schema, and URL structure.
- Create and implement local SEO strategies to improve rankings in target cities and branch-specific locations.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) for multiple clinic branches.
- Work on GBP ranking improvement, including profile optimization, services, categories, products, photos, weekly updates, FAQs, reviews, and local citations.
- Monitor and improve visibility on Google Maps for important treatment and location-based keywords.
- Build quality backlinks, local citations, directory submissions, and other ethical off-page SEO activities.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers for SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and treatment pages.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical issues affecting rankings and website performance.
- Work closely with developers for implementation of technical SEO improvements.
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business insights, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
- Analyze competitor websites, clinic chains, and local competitors to identify SEO growth opportunities.
- Improve rankings for high-intent keywords related to skin, hair, laser, hair transplant, pigmentation, acne scars, anti-aging, slimming, and aesthetic treatments.
- Support offline branding visibility from an SEO and local discoverability angle, wherever relevant.
- Maintain ranking, traffic, lead, and conversion reports branch-wise.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, local SEO trends, and healthcare/clinic digital marketing practices.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO
- Hands-on experience in Google Business Profile / GMB optimization
- Good knowledge of clinic, healthcare, dermatology, skin & hair, or aesthetic industry SEO
- Experience in ranking location-based keywords
- Knowledge of review strategy, citations, maps ranking, and branch-level optimization
- Familiarity with WordPress, landing page SEO, and blog optimization
- Ability to work on multiple branches / multiple websites / multiple service pages
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in skin, hair, aesthetic, dental, cosmetic, or healthcare industry will be preferred
- Candidate should understand both lead generation SEO and brand visibility SEO
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-growing multi-location clinic setup
