So, what are we looking for?
This role is responsible for managing CTI’s business listings and local presence across all locations, with a primary focus on Google Business Profiles and listings accuracy across major platforms. The position is operational in nature and requires hands on management within native platforms rather than third party tools.
What are your responsibilities?
- Claim, manage, and maintain business listings across Google, Bing, Yelp, and Apple Maps
- Ensure accurate and consistent location data including address, phone, hours, and services
- Handle new office openings, acquisitions, relocations, closures, and listing updates
- Identify and resolve listing issues such as duplicates, inaccuracies, or verification problems
- Maintain photos, categories, services, and attributes across listings
- Monitor and respond to reviews according to brand guidelines when needed
- Manage and respond to Indeed and Glassdoor reviews
- Escalate sensitive or negative reviews appropriately
- Conduct regular audits to ensure listings accuracy and completeness
- Track trends and surface insights to internal teams

Does experience count?
- Hands on experience claiming and managing business listings across Google, Bing, Yelp, and Apple Maps
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
- Experience handling Indeed and Glassdoor reviews
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy at scale
- Ability to identify issues and resolve them proactively
- Comfortable working independently without reliance on paid reputation management tools
- Strong written communication skills
