The Role

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care.

This position can start as a per diem role (apx. 8-hours weekly) - handling chart audits and Medicare calls, then transitioning to full-time as our volume grows and we add centers on Long island OR you can start full-time (40-hours) - please note: it will combine admin/infusing.

  • 2-days remote/admin work and 2-days infusing in any of the centers on Long Island.

The Nurse Practitioner will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care at our Long Island, NY Local Infusion centers. The Nurse Practitioner will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously, and experience starting IVs and working with biologic drugs. The Nurse Practitioner role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload (always a 3:1 patient to clinician ratio).

In this role you will:

Provide in-person infusion care and support at a Local Infusion center, with occasional travel to other centers for coverage and support.

Your time will be split:

  • Delivering infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines

  • Communicating effectively with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)

  • Coordinating with referring/prescribing providers to ensure appropriate and effective care

  • Ordering and maintain clinical inventory and supplies

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Onboard new Medicare patients by conducting establishment calls and completing documentation

  • Perform chart audits, provide clinical supervision, and ensure compliance across the region

  • Serve as a resource for patient education, especially for preventative health consultations

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care

  • Strong clinical judgment: IV therapy experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

  • Experience with Medicare documentation and quality/compliance processes preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Licensure as an NP in NJ (but not a requirement)
