🚀 We’re #Hiring: Loan Processing Officer (Australian Mortgage Market)
🔎 Role Overview
You will manage the full mortgage application lifecycle — from submission to settlement — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth lender coordination.
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end mortgage application processing
✔ Collect and verify supporting documentation per lender requirements
✔ Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients for outstanding information
✔ Prepare and lodge applications via AFG Flex or BrokerEngine
✔ Track application progress and follow up on conditions
✔ Maintain accurate CRM/workflow updates
✔ Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines
✔ Support post-submission and settlement tasks
✔ Identify process improvements to enhance turnaround times
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years’ experience in mortgage loan processing (Australian market preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AFG Flex (preferred) or BrokerEngine
• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage products and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
