Key Responsibilities

Source new Micro Enterprise / MSME loan customers through field visits and local market references.
Promote products such as Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, Term Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property) .
Conduct customer meetings and understand business financial requirements.
Collect and verify documents as per KYC and credit norms.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.
Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
Maintain daily activity tracker and MIS reports.
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
