Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Loan Operations role located at our South Delhi office. The role involves managing loan documentation, servicing loan portfolios, and ensuring accurate processing of financial operations. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with clients, addressing customer service inquiries, and facilitating smooth loan procedures to uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Loan Documents and Loan Servicing, ensuring precise handling of financial processes.
- Proficiency in handling Loans and assisting in related operations.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing inquiries and maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
- Basic proficiency in financial software and lending platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in loan operations or financial services is an added advantage.
