Loan IQ- Functional Consultant
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience with Finastra Loan IQ platform
Location: Bangalore

1. Core Functional & Domain Skills

Strong functional understanding of Wholesale / Syndicated
Lending products Working knowledge of ACBS
Deep knowledge of Loan IQ native functionality Exposure to multiple core lending platforms
Ability to define booking models and workflows Experience with non-standard / complex lending structures
Strong understanding of Loan IQ configuration and accounting
mappings Knowledge of country-specific product variations
Hands-on exposure to advanced accounting scenarios
2. Requirements, Analysis & Design Skills
Must-Have Skills Good-to-Have Skills
Proven experience in Business Requirement Document
(BRD) Exposure to target operating model design
Ability to conduct current-state process and system
landscape analysis Experience in process optimisation / re-engineering
Strong skills in functional solution design Domain knowledge beyond lending (e.g., payments, risk, treasury)
Experience managing requirements under governance
and standards Exposure to regulatory change programmes
3. Migration, Testing & Change Support
Must-Have Skills Good-to-Have Skills
Experience defining migration strategy, planning, and data
mapping Prior experience in large-scale multi-entity migrations
Functional ownership of data migration analysis and
reconciliation Knowledge of test automation tools
Experience supporting test planning, execution, and traceability Certification or exposure to advanced QA frameworks
Ability to analyse production or migration issues and propose
solution options Experience supporting post-go-live stabilisation
